Eat healthy to stay healthy.
Take at least 5 meals a day.
Try to eat so much as possible meals with good vegetables like green asperges, broccoli, green beans etc.etc.
Eat 2 pieces of fruit like blue berries and kiwi........................ biological are the best
Eat healthy fats for example walnuts, advocado, salmon...............
Take healthy protein like eggwhites, chickenbrest, turkeybrest, white fish, skinny red meat ............
Dont forget the carbohydrates like oatmeal, brown rice, macaroni, potatoes
So the right balance in carbohydrates/protein and fats is the best for your health.
The balance depends on the goal you have..........
